Donna Segnere RPT, CLT


Donna graduated from Quinnipiac College with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1995.  She is a Norton trained Certified  Lymphedema Specialist  and has  pursued significant training in manual therapy techniques including Myofascial release, Visceral manipulation, and Craniosacral Therapy.   She is a Certified Pilates Instructor and uses Pilates principles to enhance the rehabilitation results of her patients.  She is also a marathon runner with a passion for working with athletes to help them achieve their personal goals through injury recovery and prevention.  Donna is a member of the Oncology Section and Orthopedic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association.




Laura Reynolds, MSPT




Laura has an advanced Master's degree in orthopedic PT from Quinnipiac College (1994), a Bachelor's in PT from UVM ( 1987).    She brings to our team an extensive repertoire of manual, strength training, and movement re-education skills drawing from her broad experiences in spine, extremity, hand, foot, aquatic, orthotic and vestibular rehabilitation. A former college athlete, she now enjoys studying martial arts and is pursuing her 2nd degree black belt in Kempo.  She has found integrating alternative holistic movement based exercise forms into her rehabilitation programs an effective and efficient way of assisting her clients in reaching their goals.



Jamie Mikolay, RPT



Jamie
graduated from the Medical College of Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1998. She specializes in aquatic and land rehab for a variety of conditions including spine pain, post surgical rehab, and neurological issues of children. Jamie also specializes in women’s health, specifically treating pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain and incontinence issues that occur from giving birth, aging, or other musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
