Discover the 4 Pillars for Sustaining a Happy and Healthy life:

Through my own health journey and my education with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have come to believe that there are 4 Pillars for creating and living a healthy and sustainable life. I have also realized how important it is to have community and support on this journey.

Therefore, I would like to offer a 6-week class, that meets once a week, for women who are interested in changing their focus from a diet mentality to freedom with food, self-criticism to self- love, and constant stress to more peace and joy in their lives. Please join me and other like-minded woman on this journey.

  • Classes will be a combination of lecture, open discussion and demonstrations. 
  • The 4 Pillars that will be discussed are Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and Stress Management.  
  • Classes will be held on Fridays beginning March 8, 2019 from 11am-12pm and will be limited to 10 women to ensure maximum benefit for each participant.
